• Payments can be made via EFT, card, or cash upon delivery.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
• No refunds on custom-made products unless defective.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Product Warranty

• All blinds come with a 2-year warranty, provided they are used and maintained as per our guidelines.
• Aluminium Security Shutters have a 10-year warranty.
• The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or external factors (e.g., extreme weather conditions).

5. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation not performed by our team.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements for custom orders.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.
